Shot with a 12mm extension tube attached to the lens.

A very cheap and nice solution for flower photography.

I'm impressed with the results, it was a cloudy day, light was very difused and soft. I got nice contrast and good colors, nice bokeh too. No additional lighting was used.

Picture converted from RAW file, nothing was set to increase contrast, saturation, etc.

Of course, you have to nail the focus to get good results.

You will see a little black spot on the upper right part of the picture, it is a dust particle on the front element of the lens. As I used a 12mm extension tube this particle is shown bigger than in normal condition, I did not removed it in this case.
