To note that in this picture an Canon 250D Close-Up attached to the lens was used in order to get closer to the subject.

Anyway, the bokeh highlights shown are rendered almost round at f/5.6 on this lens. A nice characteristic of this lens in my opinion.

For example, a Nikon Nikkor 35mm f/1.4 Ai-S will show a nonagonal shape on highlights at this aperture.
