The lens has a built-in hood.

The lens came in three versions. Characteristic differences:

Changeable T4/TX-mount, tripod mount, made by Tokina. It is the sharpest version when wide open.
Changeable T4/TX-mount, made by Tokina.
Bayonet mount, made by Komine.

Strengths:

Really one of the sharpest manual telephoto lens .

Weaknesses:

Yes is one weakness minimal focus distance is from about 3 meters :))

Comments:

At the price of 30$ is a lens for a long time for have it :)
