Additional information:

The Fujinon 55mm f/2.2 is a standard fast prime lens for SRL cameras with the M42 screw mount. This is a fast lens for Fujica ST cameras, remarkable for its peculiar optical scheme.

In order to input aperture values into the exposure meter of Fujica ST cameras the aperture ring has a prong engaging with an exposure meter resistor driver. The prong does not prevent the lens from mounting on other cameras with the M42 screw mount, but when mounted via the adapter, it may come into the adapter, which makes it impossible to set the aperture and focus to infinity.
