Additional information:

The Vivitar 17 mm f/ 3.5   is an ultra wide-angle fast prime lens for 35 mm  SLR cameras of popular systems in the 1970-80s.

Manufactured by Tokina (serial number starts with 37)

Pros: built-in petal hood.

Cons: aperture without intermediate half-stops or one-third stops, slght distortion.

There is another later modification - MC, without hood, 67 mm filter thread diameter. There is an opinion that in spite of MC sharpness of the first version is a little higher especially at the corners.
