The Tamron SP 35-105 mm f/ 2.8 Aspherical  is a rare and quite a good portrait lens with  f/2.8 constant lens speed.

When wide open, it is very soft, but it is all right from f/3.2 onwards.

 It produces a considerable amount of flare. The lens comes complete with an absolutely useless hood.
