The Sigma 30mm F2.8 EX DNis a fast normal prime lens for Sony E and Micro 4/3 mirrorless cameras.
A large size of the lens can be explained by higher requirements for telecentrisity on the Foveon X3 sensor than that on the Bayer sensor. Rear lenses deflect rays so much that angle of incidence to the sensor approaches 90 °.
