Carl Zeiss Distagon T* 18 mm f/4 - super wide-angle lens with fixed focal length and branded multi-coating for 35mm cameras of Contax / Yashica (C/Y) system.

Lens has a strong distortion so it is destined to those who submit it. It is not razor-sharp at edges of a frame as well as most of other wide-angle lenses. Old-design lens.

Lens has no filter mount. There was only a slip-on ring as an accessory, which then made an 86mm filter connection possible, so-called "Contax 70/86 Ring".
