Additional information:

The Minolta AF 24-50 mm  f/ 4 RS lens  belongs to the legendary Minolta lineup with f/4, which ensures natural color rendering and contrast throughout the entire range of 24 - 50 mm.

The Minolta AF 24-50 F4 RS (pc 2632-110):

  • restyled modification of  the Minolta AF 24-50 F4  lens(pc 2558-110) (1987).
  • Principal difference from the 1987 lens: system of focusing and depth of field, convenient rubber focus ring grip, foot/meter focus scale in all white paint.

Cons and pros of the Minolta AF 24-50 F4 RS:

- Sharp only when stopped down, front element rotation, chromatic aberrations and bad back light handling when mounted on digital cameras.

+ Accurate color rendering, good performance at 24 mm, compact size, good build.
