The Auto-Takumar 35 mm f/3.5 is an all-purpose wide-angle high-resolution prime lens for 35 mm DSLR cameras with the M42 screw mount. Angle of view: 63°

It was first released in1959 as Auto-Takumar, but its optical design remained invariable for the following modifications.
Super-Takumar came in three variants:
1962 - Super-Takumar 35 mm f3.5 (1^st variant, minimum aperture - F22)
1964 - Super-Takumar 35 mm f3.5 (1^st variant, minimum aperture - F16)
1966 - Super-Takumar 35 mm f3.5 (2^nd variant)
1971 - Super-Multi-Coated TAKUMAR 35 mm f3.5 (3^rd variant)
