The A. Schacht Ulm Travenar R (or Edixa-Mat) 90mm f/2.8 lens was manufactured for different bayonets (Exacta, М-42).
This is a rather rare lens, manufactured by Albert Schacht's company in Ulm, Germany. Hence the full name of the trade mark - A.Schacht Ulm. Schacht founded his own company in 1959. Before he had worked for Carl Zeiss and Steinheil.
Schacht's company manufactured lenses for 35 mm cameras with various popular bayonets, including Leica. Some of these were standard lenses for Edixa Reflex SLR cameras. Schacht's company was dissolved in 1970.
The Travenar 2.8 90 lens was designed by L.Bertele and hit the market in 1962-1963.
It was likely to employ the Sonnar optical formula.
