Mamiya Sekor SX 28 mm f/ 2.8 Auto Lens

The Mamiya Sekor SX 28mm f/2.8 Auto is a wide-angle prime lens for 35 mm SLR cameras with the M42 screw mount .

This SX series lens was manufactured by Mamiya for Mamiya "SX" cameras, alongside with lenses for Voigtlander QBM cameras.  

It should be noted that despite apparent similarity of 28mm f/2.8 lenses, their optical schemes are different: SEKOR version has 7 elements in 6 groups, SX - 7 elements in 7 groups, E version - 8 elements in 7 groups. Though the division into versions is rather relative, that points to the fact that the company gave much consideration to lens manufacturing.
