Sigma DN 30 mm f/ 2.8 Lens

The Sigma 30 mm f/2.8 DN is a normal prime lens for Micro4/3 and Sony E digital mirrorless cameras. The lens is a part of Sigma's new Art line. The lens is to replace the Sigma 30mm F2.8 EX DN, manufactured since 2012.

The telecentric optical design comprises 7 elements in 5 groups, including two molded aspherical elements, one of which is biconvex. The system of internal focusing effectively corrects aberration fluctuation.

The lens employs a linear AF drive motor which moves the lens elements directly without the need for gears or the drive of other mechanical parts.This system provides accurate and silent autofocus, which makes the lens optimal for shooting video.

The bayonet is made of brass. The body is metal. The lens is available in two colors - black or silver - for both bayonets. Made in Japan.
