Additional information:
The Nikon Nikkor 50mm f/1.4(non-Ai) is a normal prime lens for Nikon F SLR cameras, the so-called K "New" or "Modern" Nikkor series.
"K" presumably stands for the Japan word "konnichi-teki", which may be translated as "modern". The K series is considered to have been launched in 1974, but it became identical to the Ai line only in 1976. The series started with serial number3750401; the focus ring is rubberized; no letters for designating coatings and types.1974-1976 versions are distinctly different from this one.
Maximum lens length 56.5 mm.
