The FED-35 1:4.5 28m/m (Russian: ФЭД) is a wide-angle prime lens for 35 mm rangefinder cameras with the M39 screw mount.

The lens was discontinued in 1941. During the Great Patriotic War the FED's technical documentation was lost. Only documents for the FED's first model and the FED Industar-10 had been preserved. The FED 28 mm f/4.5 lens' optical scheme is identical to that of Tessar-Industar. The lens is remarkable for its good sharpness and noticeable vignetting on the corners. The lenses are not coated.
