The Nikon Nikkor 105 mm f/ 2.5 Ai-S is one of portrait lenses for Nikon F cameras producing very beautiful pictures.

There was the popular AI (s) 105/2.5 lens with all elements moving to focus.

The present lens feature the so-called rear focusing system with only the rear lens group moving for focusing, in so doing the speed of manual focusing increases, whereas the change of focal length is negligible.
