Additional information:

The Tamron 28-70 mm f/ 3.5-4.5 Adaptall-2 model 59A  is a standard multicoated zoom lens for 35 mm non-AF SLR cameras popular in the 1970-90's (via the interchangeable Adaptall-2 bayonet mount).

The lens features a very simplistic build and plastic body. In this respect it is inferior to the other Tamron Adaptall-2 lenses. Later on Tamron introduced another version of the lens (model 159A) with the same parameters.
