Additional information:

The Rokinon 500mm f/8.0 ED (model ED500P)  is a  super telephoto prime lens for 35 mm SLR cameras (via the interchangeable T / T2 mount). The lens features multicoated ED glasses.

The database has a review of a similar model (Rokinon 500mm f/8.0 ED (model ED500P)), but they differ in the optical schemes they employ, in the use of low-dispersion elements for minimizing chromatic aberrations (ED model - better) and aperture control (ED model - fixed, ED500P - from f/8 to f/32).

The lens may have 500-1000[mm] designation (complete with a converter) and postfixes indicating a mount adapter, e.g. "-Nex" for Sony E.

Manufacturer's recommended retail price varies from $149.00 to $399.95 (it may be explained by enhanced box contents).
