Additional information:

This lens surprised me as it's sharp throughout its zoom range. It also has the MM tab for use with all the Contax 35mm SLR cameras in C/Y mount from the 159 onwards (except the S2, S2b and Preview I & II where it's redundant) to take advantage of their Multi-mode options. Interestingly, the lens carries no country of origin designator.
