The Nikon Nikkor-N 24 mm f/ 2.8 non-Aiis an ultra wide-angle fast prime lens for Nikon F cameras.
There were three Nikkor 24/2.8 modifications with the 9/7 optical scheme. The first 24/2.8 N version had been produced since June, 1967. The second 24/2.8 NC had been produced since 1972. It featured a multilayer coating. The K modification (diameter -1 mm smaller, weight - 10 g lighter, f/22, 7-blade aperture, rubber focus ring) was produced since January, 1975 to March, 1977. It had no "-N Auto f=" designation and outwardly resembled the Ai, but functioned as the N variant. (contributed by dv04.04.2011)
