For a 135mm f2.8 metal lens, it is
light and makes ergonomic sense with
my NEX 6.
Pros:
Light weight.
The colours it produces are beautiful.
The bokeh is well controlled unless
the background has lots of leaves or
twigs at a too close a distance.
Good focal length for portraits
Cons
Requires a lot of light to produce
nice colours. I would say direct
sunlight or at least bright day.
as handled must start at 1/300 secs.
It is soft at f2.8 for fine detail in
photos but very acceptable for
portraits at f2.8
The focus ring travel is crazy long.
Hard to focus handheld but possible so
always take two pictures.
