The Tamron 135 mm f/ 4.5 T mount model 280 is a telephoto prime lens for 35 mm SLR cameras popular in the 1960-90s (via the interchangeable T / T2 mount).

It was supplied with a teleconverter.  With the teleconverter attached, the focal length increases to 225 mm, and lens speed decreases to f/ 7.7.
