Additional information:

The Soligor Tele-Auto 105mm 2.8 T-4 is a fast telephoto lens for the T-4 mount.

I was given this lens by a good friend who no longer was into photography, I had expressed interest in manual lens that would adapt to my canon t2i. I am new to photography and am self taught. I prefer to shoot in manual mode using manual prime or zoom lenses. I absolutely love this lens, the colors need no adjustments, the bokeh is beautiful and it's sharp from 2.8 all the way to f22. The contrast is real nice too, can't say enough good things to say about this lens. It's light, great easy focus. It is a pentax t4 mount. I am not sure but may be a tokina.

Mounts: T-4 (adapters for Canon FL, Exakta, M42, Nikon, Pellix, Minolta SRT, Miranda Sensorex)

Strengths:

Great lens: sharp through out all stops, unbelivable color rendention, great bokeh through out. Easy focus, automatic diaphram. Easy aperture rotation, light and compact. I like the little hood that extends when focusing. Works great on my Canon t2i, which means I can record in 1080p with this lens. This is a little treasure, I will keep for sure.

Weaknesses:

Was hard to find any info on this lens, took a lot of digging thank to google for being there for me. I cannot find any weaknesses, when I compare it to the other lens in this focus range it always beats them.

Comments:

I highly recommend this lens, I did not realize what a jewel this was until I had to add it to the data base and could not find any of my pics of it,  so I went outside and took some shots real quick, I was shocked at how sharp, with good contrast and coloring I got on the first shot. Not to mention the bokeh! I thought I might have just got lucky so I took the same pics with my Series 1 Vivitar 90mm 2.5 which is my favorite lens and it beat the viv 90,  in not only the coloring but the sharpness all the way to the edges at 2.8,  totally shocked me. This lens will not be left on the shelf anymore that is for sure! I found out it is a tokina so that should explain why it did so well against the viv series 1 90mm 2.5 as that is built by tokina also.
