The Canon FD 85mm f/1.2 S.S.C. Asphericalis an ultra fast portrait lens for SLR cameras with the Canon FD bayonet mount.

As of the date of its market launch the lens was the fastest among 85 mm lenses. The lens delivers high-contrast images even at open apertures. 

The lens was manufactured by means of the then breakthrough technologies. It can boast 1/10000 mm glass manufacturing accuracy.

This was the first lens equipped with a floating lens system, which provides high resolution across the frame at any focusing distance.

Super spectra multi-coating ensures high accuracy of color rendition.
