Additional information:

The Fujinon 55 mm F/1.8(II) is the second version of a standard prime lens for М42 screw mount cameras. It is a kit lens for Fuji cameras.

The lens body is all-metal. It has no aperture mode selector.

The aperture ring has a prong to enter exposure values. The prong prevents the lens from being mounted via adapters, i.e. the prong simply bumps into them.

This lens has a predecessor (1st version) and a successor (3rd EBC version).
