The Vivitar 13mm f/2.8 is a wide-angle manual focus prime lens for various 35 mm SLR camera systems.

This is Samyang's ODM-product. See Samyang 14 mm f/2.8 IF ED UMC Aspherical lens. A focal length of 13 mm was presumably claimed to emphasize its illusive advantages over this very lens released under other trade names (Bower, Rokinon, etc.).
