Additional information:

The Sony 70-400mm f/4-5.6 G SSM II (SAL70400G2)  is a telephoto zoom lens for  35 mm DSLR full-frame Sony A cameras.

Employing the same optical design, the 2nd version is superior to its predecessor in optic quality and enhanced AF speed, thanks to the new LSI drive. A Nano AR coating is applied to lens elements to reduce lens flare, ghosting, and surface reflection in order to improve image contrast and light transmission.
