Additional information:

TheLeica Elmarit-S 2.8/30мм ASPH is a fast wide-angle medium format S-system lens, which has been designed for the Leica Pro sensor (30x45 mm) and offers a 24 mm equivalent field of view (for 24x36 mm frame size). It is a 5th lens in the Leica S-System for Leica Pro cameras. The lens enjoys a dust- and moisture-proof design. The lens' optical design integrates five elements with anomalous partial dispersion, three of which includes fluoride compounds to considerably correct chromatic aberrations. Thanks to two aspherical elements distortion and fall-off in sharpness are reduced to an absolute minimum. The Leica Elmarit-S 30mm f/2.8 ASPH guarantees maximum contrast and sharpness even at open apertures throughout its entire focusing range.
