The Samyang 16mm f/2.0 ED AS UMC CS is a wide-angle fast manual focus prime lens for digital SLR and mirrorless APS-C/DX and MFT-4/3 cameras.

The optical scheme comprises 13 elements in 11 groups, including two aspherical elements. An antireflective multilayer UMC coating is applied to the lens' elements. The lens features a metal lens body and bayonet mount.

The AE version is designed for the Nikon F bayonet only and is much more expensive.
