The Nikon AF-S Nikkor 55-200 mm f/ 4-5.6 G IF ED VR DX is a fast 3.6x zoom lens with a 82.5–300 mm focal length (equivalent for 300 mm film cameras). It was specially designed for Nikon DSLR cameras.
It features the system of Vibration Reduction (VR), providing the equivalent of shooting at shutter speeds up to three stops faster in comparison with ordinary lenses, and Silent Wave Motor, providing silent and accurate autofocusing.
