Assembled by Bausch & Lomb of the USA from the Carl Zeiss patent. Normally for general use in 4x5 format, but in this case highly recommended as a matched set for stereo 3D work in 5x7 or 5x8. Yes, this is the American market version of that particular early legendary sharp Tessar formula from Zeiss that remains so coveted today.
