The Canon TS-E 45 mm f/ 2.8 belongs to the 24-45-90 mm tilt-shift lineup of lenses released by Canon in 1991. The focal length of 45 mm is ideal for natural perspective.
The unique lens system affords capabilities of tilting and shifting optical axis relative to a film plane or sensor plane . By means of special adjustments the lens is able to tilt up to ± 8° up and down in each direction and to shift ±11 mmsideways parallel to the optical axis.
