The Lumix G X Vario 12-35mm F2.8 Asph PowerOISis a normal fast zoom lens with constant lens speed throughout the entire zoom range, designed for mirrorless interchangeable lens MFT cameras. The lens features a virtually silent PowerOIS optical stabilization system, optimized for video filming.

The optical scheme comprises 14 elements in 9 groups, including four aspherical elements, one UED glass element with reduced chromatic aberrations and one UHR glass element with high refraction ratio, and a nano surface lens coating.

The lens features a metal lens body, dust- and splash-proof bayonet mount, and a rubber ring on the lens barrel.
