The Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 17mm f/1.8 is a fast prime lens for Micro Four Thirds interchangeable lens mirrorless digital cameras.

Its optical scheme comprises nine elements in six groups, including three aspherical elements to correct aberrations, one element being biconvex, and one HRI (high refraction index) element. The lens' elements are covered with the exclusive ZERO (ZUIKO Extra-low Reflection Optical Coating) coating to minimize flare and spurious reflection when shooting against the light. The lens body is all-metal.
