It is known as Sigma in the USA. The lens has a predecessor - Quantaray Tech-10 MX AF :70-300 mm F/ 4-5.6 LDO Macro (http://lens-club.ru/lenses/item/c_1432.html). This is an autofocus multicoated zoom lens for NIKON full-frame AF cameras. Apparently, it was also manufactured for other systems. On Nikon bodies, equipped with a screwdriver, AF functions all right; aperture and exposure values are set from the camera. Functioning aperture- and exposure-preferred modes. The lens body is plastic.
