Additional information:

The Triplet-69-3 40 mm f/ 4 (Russian: Триплет-69-3) is a non-interchangeable lens for Vilia-Auto and Vilia cameras (total number - 3 mil copies). The lens was manufactured in 19731985 by the Belarusian Optical & Mechanical Association. Its 4-blade diaphragm Triplet-69-3 is located just behind the lens (behind the shutter). The lens is focused manually using the scale of distance and symbols.

What makes the lens peculiar is the fact that it holds almost all camera mechanism. When redesigning for modern cameras, it is necessary to get rid of the shutter, Soviet electronic and mechanical components.

Additional information:

  • diagonal angle of view  180°
  • max. magnification 0.22
  • diameter 58.8 mm
