Carl Zeiss Olympia Sonnar 180 2.8 - one of my favorite lenses. I was fortunate to become the owner of this original lenses block Sonnar 180 (1941 release) with single-coated, brought to the USSR after the war with a threaded m42 mount (see attached photos). p>
The lens produces a very beautiful picture in the open aperure. 18-blades, circular aperture makes no contribution to the final image bokeh. P>
I use mainly on the Canon 5d mark 2 with the battery grip. By weight, this design is beginning to balance the weight of the lens. P>
