Owner reviews: Canon EF 70-210 mm f/ 3.5-4.5 USM

Bryon 21.03.2016 01:02:44
Period of use: 7 days

Strengths:

Autofocus is fast. Images pretty crisp. Probably the least expensive EF telephoto lens that you can get on ebay right now. Also, USM is just a superior technology to STM!

Weaknesses:

A bit of chromatic aberration. Also, it is so old that there is not a lens profile available within DPP (Digital photo professional - Canon's raw processing software). This is only a minor downside, most of the normal RAW priocessing features are still available, but you can't use any of the settings under the "Lens" tab.
